About Me

I'm a 7th grade pre-algebra teacher in Pamlico County. I love kids because they are usually open-minded and energetic which makes me feel young and very much alive. Most that I have taught have influenced my life in a positive way by teaching me how to be patient, how to accept the things I cannot change and how to accept & celebrate the differences in people. Although teaching is my primary passion, I do enjoy hangin-out with my grandson, Christopher, fishing, photography, & riding my Harley. Winters are very taxing because the things that I enjoy outside of teaching are centered around warmer temperatures.
